While scheduling a meeting from outlook client sometimes we may also need to select the room where the meeting will be held.

In outlook for office 365 the room finder control button can be found next to the location field on the meeting tab or on the ribbon when you view the scheduling assistant screen. When a user creates a new meeting in microsoft outlook the show a room list option isn t displayed in the room finder pane additionally none is displayed in the choose an available room box. This issue occurs if no room lists were created in the organization. After looking around a bit i found the room finder button in the customize ribbon menu setting. The room finder is not shown by default on the appointment tab. You can hide the room finder by selecting the room finder control in the options group of the ribbon.
